No. Most of our sweets are prepared using traditional methods without the use of artificial preservatives. Therefore, we strongly recommend following the storage instructions mentioned on each product page.
Traditional sweets naturally undergo slight texture changes due to the absence of preservatives. For example, Kalakand, Milk Cake or Ghevar may become slightly dry or lose crispness over time, while their authentic taste and quality remain unchanged if stored properly.
As our products are freshly procured and highly perishable, each order is prepared specifically for the customer. To avoid food wastage and fraudulent or rejected deliveries, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
Most Delhi NCR orders are delivered within a few hours, depending upon product availability, sourcing location, traffic conditions and delivery partner availability. Estimated delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation.

If the product appears physically damaged or spoiled during transit, contact our Customer Support immediately with the unboxing video and photographs.
